Shipping policy
We promise our customers one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle-free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
The tentative delivery periods are as follows after the 12-24 hrs for order processing
- Free Shipping (5-10 working days)
- Express Shipping (3-5 Working days)
- Priority Express 2 Days Shipping (Only For Metro Cities i.e Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai & Kolkata)
T & C: Few of our products are made to order or sometimes under production. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances even if you select any of the above shipping methods.
For Paid shipping cut of time is 2 pm, after 2 pm placed orders will ship by the next working days.
We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose the COD payment method, we levy Rs. 50 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.150
International Shipping
Le Home Decor ships globally and even remote parts of the world are reachable within 5-10 business days.

IMPORT DUTY & SALES TAX
- For US customers, the value of shipment of merchandise imported by one person on one day exempt from duties and taxes is $800.
- For Australian customers, goods under AUD1,000 are exempt from duties, taxes, and charges.
- For Non-EU customers, shipments may be subjected to import fees and taxes due on arrival. This can vary from country to country so please contact your local tax authorities for more information.
- For EU customers, Please be aware bulk orders may incur additional import tax, so please contact your local customs office.
- We do not accept responsibility for local import or sales taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs/tax authorities.
Please take special note of bulk orders likely to exceed these thresholds.
LATE DELIVERY
In any event of a late delivery, Le Home Decor will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, unless your order is dispatched late, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers or a result of customs clearance delays.
